Step By Step, Inc. provides Mental Health services for adults (18+ years of age) with a mental health disorder. Eligibility requires that individuals be active, registered and approved for services by their local county mental health services.
Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR)
Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) services are licensed by OMHSAS and provides intensive treatment in lieu of Community Psychiatric Hospitalization.
Managed Residence
Managed Residence style housing provides apartment living, in which one unit is occupied by a peer specialist employed by Step By Step, Inc. as the Residence Manager.
Community Residential Rehabilitation
Residential Habilitation assists individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving the communication, socialization, self-direction, self-help, and adaptive skills necessary to reside in the community.
Supported Independent Living, Supported Housing or Residential Services
Supported Independent Living, Supported Housing or Residential Services (depending on location and service) provide staff support that is based on the needs of the individuals identified for that service.
Fairweather Lodge
The Fairweather Lodge program, located in Allentown, is a research driven, recovery oriented housing model for persons with mental health disorders.
