Managed Residence style housing provides apartment living, in which one unit is occupied by a peer specialist employed by Step By Step as the Residence Manager. The Residence Manager not only helps to ensure the physical safety and upkeep of the apartments, but also has regular contact with the tenants and helps to ensure tenants are getting the supports they need from their network of services.
