The Maintenance Associate provides repair, maintenance and carpet cleaning services throughout all community living arrangement and offices within the Southeast Region.  The Maintenance Associate monitors on-going home and office building safety, security and maintenance issues, and provides direct repair of safety and health issues as well as quality of life issues within the homes. This position requires a flexible schedule and a responsive approach to maintenance issues throughout the Southeast region for at least 40 hours per week, as well as availability through an on-call system.  All applicants must possess the minimum of a high school diploma or GED, five years experience with hands on maintenance responsibilities in residential/commercial setting. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no prohibitive criminal offenses.
