Behavioral Health Division of Step By Step, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Supervisor (CSS), Supported Living in Montrose. The Community Support Supervisor will assume overall responsibility for an assigned caseload within Susquehanna County along with managing four staff who maintain a caseload of around 8-13 adults living with mental health diagnoses (i.e. depression, anxiety, schizophrenia) who are living independently in Susquehanna County.

The successful candidate must be able to manage and coordinates an array of services and supports to ensure the program’s success.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have:

  • a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • No prohibited criminal offenses.
  • HS Diploma, or GED
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
