We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor for a co-occurring Substance Use Disorder / Mental Health Outpatient program in Allentown, PA.

This position is a good fit for a person seeking to lead a team that believes that recovery is possible for everyone and a deep belief in the human capacity for resilience and healing. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support for therapists providing individual and group therapy and utilizing innovative projects to promote recovery.  The right candidate also recognizes the benefits of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid / opiate use disorders.

The Clinical Supervisor works with a multi-disciplinary team including Advanced practitioners and interns.  The program has a range of hours to ensure access to services, so flexibility in schedules is required.

Having knowledge of resources and networking capabilities, technical skills to lead in utilization of EHR, ensuring outcomes are tracked and acted upon, knowledge of Evidenced-based Practices and interventions, and services from a trauma informed care perspective are all very important for this position.

Starting rate of pay $42,000 – $49,000 annually.

Education and/or Experience:

Master’s Degree in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or human services), or other related field; AND Two (2) years of clinical experience in substance use disorders or mental health services.
