Step by Step, Inc. is looking for a licensed, dedicated, self-motivated, master-level professionals to provide Behavior Consultant (BC) services to children and adolescents in the Pocono region.
As the lead clinician, BCs gain invaluable experience in the behavioral health field and achieve professional growth. Behavior Consultants work with children and adolescents in home, school and community settings and collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, and whomever is part of the treatment team. As a BC, you’ll support and guide the client toward meeting therapeutic goals by improving behaviors and teaching skills.
Behavior Consultants at Step By Step, Inc. learn proven, research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Interested in obtaining your BCBA? We can provide the opportunity to obtain your supervision hours! For individuals pursuing Professional Counseling Licensure, we can also help provide supervision hours! All our Behavior Consultants receive clinical and administrative support from our case manager, program and clinical directors.

· BCs are assigned a case manager who provides support and a multitude of administrative responsibilities, allowing the BC to focus on clinical tasks.
· The same rate of pay for ALL hours worked, both billable and non-billable. We do not pay BCs a lower rate for non-billable work tasks, such as travel, supervision or training.

Requirements: A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field. License: LPC, LSW or BSL is also required.
