Prospective applicants should bring the names, addresses and telephone numbers of at least three professional references (educational references will be accepted from applicants who recently completed a training program or schooling who do not have three professional references). Applicants should also bring documentation regarding education/training/certifications.

Provisional employment may be offered after successful completion of the interview and receipt of references. Provisional employment means that the applicant must receive medical clearance by Step By Step, Inc.’s occupational provider, criminal history background report clearance, driver’s insurability clearance by our insurance carrier, and successful completion of the paid orientation training.
